About this Event

What better way to come down from a poetry-slammed night than a gentle walk-and-write through Austin’s city spaces? We’ll begin at the famous I Love You So Much Mural on South Congress then end at the famed Congress Ave Bridge — home to the largest urban bat colony in North America — to continue writing prompts and watch the bats take flight.

Led by local creatives and nature lovers, this walking tour invites you to slow down, observe, and write. Prompts provided, but the path is yours to interpret. Bring water, walking shoes, and something to write with.
