You're working hard. Doing everything you're supposed to. And still nothing's changing. This roundtable explores why — and what's in the way
About this Event

You're doing everything right.

The early mornings. The gym. The courses. The side projects. The saving. The hustling. The planning.

And still — something isn't moving.

You can't name it. You can't see it. But you can feel it. A ceiling you keep hitting. A pattern you keep repeating. A gap between where you are and where you know you should be.

Here's the thing nobody tells you: the game isn't physical. It never was.

98% of people believe that if they DO enough, they'll HAVE what they want, and then they'll BE happy. They grind harder. Work longer. Take more courses. Follow more strategies.

And they stay stuck.

The 2% who actually break through? They flip it. They BE first — they shift who they are internally. Then they DO from that new identity. And reality has no choice but to reflect it back.

This BASZO Roundtable goes deep on ONE question: if you're doing everything right and still feel stuck, what's actually in the way?

Spoiler: it's not your discipline. It's not your strategy. It's not your lack of information.

It's a mental block you can't see. And that's exactly what we're here to find.

WHAT HAPPENS:

We sit around a table. 10 people. Coffees in hand. Bruno opens with a short framework — then we go around the room. Everyone shares. Everyone listens. We challenge each other's thinking. We hold up a mirror. And we leave seeing something we couldn't see when we walked in.

THIS IS FOR YOU IF:

You're ambitious and hardworking, but nothing seems to be shifting

You've tried everything — courses, books, plans, routines — and still feel stuck

You suspect the problem isn't what you're doing but something deeper

You want to be in a room where people are honest about what's really going on

You're ready to stop performing and start being real

THIS IS NOT:

A seminar or lecture

A productivity workshop

A sales pitch for anything

Somewhere you sit and listen to someone talk for 2 hours

This is a guided conversation about the game behind the game — the one nobody taught you to play.

WHAT PREVIOUS ATTENDEES SAID:

"It's actually very powerful. Beyond what we actually think." — Stephen

"A different type of discussion. Really powerful. Looking forward to the next one." — Ian

"I would definitely recommend this event to anyone who's really wanting to elevate themselves." — Stephen

"Why not go there, share what I know and learn from them. It's been good so far." — Pratick

ABOUT THE HOST:

Bruno is a Portuguese-British coach, trader, athlete, Kizomba dance instructor, and founder of BASZO. He spent 6 years as a software engineer at one of the UK's largest banks before stepping away to help ambitious women and men overcome the mental blocks that keep them stuck.

He ran the Manchester Half Marathon in 1:50. He hosts biweekly roundtables that now draw 12+ people per event. He teaches weekly Kizomba dance classes and runs monthly events for 100-150 people. He coaches people 1:1 and documents the entire journey on social media.

He's not a guru. He's a man who stopped playing the wrong game — and wants to help you do the same.
