We will be launching at safe light. I have overflow parking accounted for, and I will be shuttling any excess vehicles from a near by parking lot. If for some reason the canal connecting the chain to the rest of the lakes is not navigable the month of the tournament. I will change the location at that point to accommodate the trail.
