Basketball Summer Camp

50% of the basketball game is on defense, yet, we don't teach how to actually guard and defend. Our camp focus will be on the defensive end, providing details about how to guard one on one, guarding ball screens, and understanding help side principals.

Camp is broken into four stations that incorporate the basic understanding of basketball. Our goal of camp is to teach and have student-athlete take things back to their perspective programs and teams. We want to grow the game of basketball together.

All our staff members have extensive backgrounds in coaching and pride themselves on teaching the game. This camp is a knowledge based camp. Gaining insight into learning more about the game and increasing your basketball IQ.
