We're heading to an indoor gym for a fun-filled exercise session! We will be moving our bodies through basketball and gym games!We'll spend about an hour at the gym, so be sure to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated. If you're staying for the afternoon class, don’t forget to pack a lunch to enjoy after our workout!
