Basket Weaving Workshop with Las Canastas!

Come learn more about the ancient art of basket weaving and make your very own small hanging basket, called a garlic keeper! Members of the South Austin Basket Weavers, Las Canastas, will be teaching the basket weaving technique of twining. Learn how to twine while you create your own unique basket. No prior experience is necessary and supplies will be provided - but be limited! Registration is required, and, after ten minutes, those who registered but are not yet at the workshop may lose their spot!
