Basket Weaving Workshop (Basket or Trivet)

Discover the calming, creative rhythm of coiled basketry in this hands-on workshop led by artist Kaia Daniels. Using soft cotton rope as your base and richly textured yarns as your stitching material, you’ll learn how to build your choice of beautiful 6" - 8" basket or 10" trivet.
Kaia will guide you through each step, whether you’re a total beginner or a seasoned maker, you’ll find this technique relaxing, approachable, and endlessly customizable.
By the end of class, you’ll head home with a beautifully handcrafted basket or trivet and the skills to keep creating on your own. Perfect for those who love learning something new, working with their hands, or simply enjoying a cozy creative morning.
