About this Event
Be a part of a focused process that concentrates on selected issues most important to any organization’s vision.
By participating in this one-day, hands-on training you will acquire the knowledge and tools needed to conduct a strategic planning process and develop a strategic plan for your organization. Designed to provide a planning framework, the course is valuable to both those involved in developing strategy and those called upon to deploy strategy in action. In-person or virtual attendance options provided.
Breakfast will be provided for in-person attendees.
Strategic planning (SP) is a science and art form that provides organizations and their leadership with insight on fit in the operating environment. A good strategic plan provides all stakeholders with guidance on an organization’s future, and the steps needed to assure the resources (human, technical, and financial) to navigate the path forward.
