Come learn the art of sourdough from the heart of Adams Acres Farm! Teresa has been teaching this popular class for over eight years, and brings deep knowledge, plenty of encouragement, and a whole lot of fun. You'll learn how to create and care for your own sourdough starter, understand the science behind long fermentation, and leave with a full set of instructions and recipes- including Teresa's tried-and-true method developed over years of baking. Best of all, you'll get to bring home a 150-year-old San Francisco sourdough starter to hand down to the next generation!
In this class, you will take home all recipes, full instructions, and a sourdough starter, as well as tips to support your baking journey.

700g All-Purpose Flour (or small bag)
Digital Kitchen Scale (must measure in grams)
Stirring Spoon
Small spatula that fits in the jar
Pen and Paper
