Welcome to our **Basics of Boxing/HIIT cardio workshop ** Come ready to sweat and learn! This event is perfect for beginners who are looking to learn the fundamentals of boxing while getting a great cardio workout.
Join us at Rumble Boxing Alpharetta on **Fiday June 21st 2024** Please arrive at 6:30 PM** for a fun and energetic class that will leave you feeling strong and empowered!

Our class is **FREE** and beginner-friendly, so don't worry if you've never tried boxing before. Our experienced instructor (Coach Katie ?) will guide you through the basics and help you improve your technique.

PS...Bring a yoga mat and/or a towel, class will be held on asphalt.No boxing gloves needed, hand wraps are optional (but prefferred). Dont forget your refillable water bottle, we have a FloWater machine on site.
