Basic Sewing Machine Skills Workshop
Register for a hands-on workshop at The Charter, Abingdon, UK to learn the fundamental skills of using a sewing machine. Whether you're a complete beginner or need help with a simple project, this workshop is perfect for you!
In a relaxed atmosphere we will support you with your sewing skills and learn together.
Our experienced seamstresses, Halima, Rachael and Taiwo, will be on hand to support you. You can attend as many or as little of the sessions as you like, but booking is essential.
Funding received from Oxfordshire Community and Voluntary Action (OCVA) and Community First Oxfordshire (CFO) on behalf of Oxfordshire County Council has enabled us to offer these free workshops. The aim is to support people to live well in our community - creating opportunities to learn new skills, make new friends and build resilience through community.
