Basic Sauces

For ages 13 & up

HANDS-ON. BASIC. Sauces accentuate great dishes and can elevate everyday meals.  You'll be amazed at how easy it can be to create these classics.

For ages 13 & up. Attendees 13 - 17 years old must be accompanied by an adult. Each attendee must purchase a ticket.

• Homemade Mayonnaise 

• Hollandaise 

• Béchamel

• Rich Brown Sauce;

• Velouté 

• Crème Anglaise

You will make and then sample each sauce with a complementary dish prepared by our staff.

Safety & Precautions

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
