The Basic Pranic Healing Course Level 1 is an introductory workshop designed to introduce participants to the fundamental principles and techniques of Pranic Healing. Pranic Healing is a holistic energy healing modality that utilizes the concept of the body’s energy centers, known as “chakras,” and the energy field, or “aura,” to promote physical, emotional, and mental well-being.In this Level 1 course, participants will learn how to sense and manipulate energy through their hands, effectively cleansing and energizing the body’s energy centers. The course covers foundational topics such as the anatomy of the energy body, the principles of self-healing, and simple yet potent techniques to alleviate physical ailments, stress, and negative emotions.
Through a combination of theoretical teachings, hands-on exercises, and guided meditations, participants will gain a practical understanding of energy dynamics, energy hygiene, and the essential steps to restore balance and harmony within themselves and others.
