Gordon Cooper Technology Center is partnering with Early Settlement Mediation East Central Program to bring you Basic Mediation Training.Most conflicts are interpersonal in nature and flare up at work, at home, with friends, or with other members of the community. Conflicts range from small annoyances to major confrontations that end in divorce, job loss, or a lawsuit. These conflicts are the result of miscommunication or a lack of communication. However, with training, anyone can learn how to address, minimize, or resolve conflicts in a productive way.
