In-person BLS renewal training for healthcare providers

BLS Renewal is a fast-paced course designed for experienced healthcare providers who are routinely called on to apply their resuscitation skills. Delivered for 2.5hrs entirely in the classroom.

• Valid BLS Provider Certificate from Heart & Stroke Only (within the past 12 months) OR
• Heart & Stroke BLS Renewal Prerequisite Challenge Certificate (for participants with an expired BLS certificate or certification from another training agency)

❗ Important: Participants who arrive without all prerequisites completed will not be allowed to participate and will not receive a refund

We understand that plans can change and aim to offer flexible options:

Transfers & Substitutions
Registrations may be transferred to another course date if requested at least 7 days prior to the course start date.

You may also send a substitute participant at no additional charge at any time (substitutes must meet course prerequisites).

Refunds
Refund requests must be submitted through Eventbrite (www.eventbrite.ca/mytickets) and are issued as follows:

• More than 14 days before the course – Full refund (100%)
• 7–14 days before the course – 50% refund
• Less than 7 days before the course – No refund

Eventbrite processing fees are subject to their own refund policy. No refunds will be issued for no-shows. Exceptions may be considered in special circumstances.

Course Changes
SiROC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, participants will be rescheduled to the next available session or may choose an alternative future date.
