Students learn how to respond and care for trauma injuries using the M.A.R.C.H (Massive Hemorrhage, Airway, Respirations, Circulation, Hypothermia) acronym. Students will know the components of an IFAK (Individual First Aid Kit) and how to apply them to save lives. Our training is focused on building two key objectives within the student, Knowledge and Skill. Learning is accomplished using classroom lectures (PPT) with text, videos, and instructor-led demonstrations. Students will apply their knowledge in "Instructional Labs" performing numerus repetitions with hands-on exercises using the equipment within the IFAK.Training supplies will be provided for use during the course:

NAR Hyfin Chest Seal
Israeli Compression Bandage
Compact Rescue Blanket
Adhesive Tape
Compressed Z-Fold Gauze
Trauma Shears
Naso Airway (NPA)
Medic Tape
