Basic Excel for Creatives: Organize Your Business with Confidence
About this Event
Your creativity is your passion, but running a successful creative business also requires keeping track of the details. Microsoft Excel can help make the administrative side easier by giving you practical tools to organize information, manage finances, and make informed decisions.
In this hands-on introductory class, you’ll learn the basics of Excel and how to apply them to real-world creative business needs. Whether you need to maintain a contact list, track inventory and supplies, monitor expenses, or build a simple budget, Excel provides flexible tools to help you stay organized.
During this workshop, you’ll learn:
- Essential spreadsheet terminology and structure
- How to navigate Excel’s tools and features
- How to create and format a spreadsheet from start to finish
- Tips and shortcuts for entering and organizing information
- How to create a polished, printable final document
Designed with creative entrepreneurs in mind, this class will help you spend less time wrestling with spreadsheets and more time focused on creating.
No prior Excel experience required.
