Join our 1-hour drum workshop! Learn drum techniques, rhythm reading, and create rhythms together. Open to anyone 13+ with no experience.
About this Event

In this 1-hour workshop, students will learn:

To read Chinese and Western drum notation
The fundamental techniques such as wrist motion, finger control, and grip
To develop listening skills to identify and play different rhythms
To decipher and understand how to play in various time signatures and use them to create interesting rhythms
To learn about dynamic control
Play through self-created rhythms together as an ensemble
