Weekly Beginner Classes:Our basic class is for anyone who wants to connect to their own inner strength and beauty through movement. Our 90 minute class builds new brain connections and gently increases your physical strength.
Wednesday evenings starting at 6:30 at Yoga Equilibre
and
Saturday Mornings starting at 10:00 at the Weight Room
The classes are 60$/mo
15$ for drop in,
and 5$ for yoga equilibre members
Doesn’t fit your schedule? You can join our Yoga Equilbre classes that teach the same basics:
Caroline’s Water Dance class Mondays at 8:30 AM
Or
Anastasia’s Earth Dance class Wednesdays at 12 Noon
Drop in fee is 15$
(Memberships for Yoga Equilbre include both of these classes and a full schedule of yoga)
