Basic Angler Learn To Fish

Join us for a beginners fishing workshop on Satruday, Januaury 25, 2025 from 9:30-11:30 am - no experience required. The workshop will focus on basic tackle, rod and reels, basic knot tying, fish habitat, fish identification, fish handling, and fishing ethics and regulations.

The workshop is open to children age 5 and up accompanied by an adult. Equipment will be provided, but students may bring their own. This workshop will be held indoors, but participants are welcome to bring their personal fishing rods and fish at Frisco Commons Park after completing the course.
