Basic Aerial Silk Shapes & Poses Workshop with Taylynn Nicole
Join Taylynn Nicole (@taylynnnicole) for a special Basic Aerial Silk Shapes & Poses Workshop on Saturday, September 6th from 3–5pm! This two-hour workshop is designed to give students a strong foundation in silks while creating space to explore more advanced variations as your strength and experience allow.
We’ll cover all the fundamentals of aerial silks, including classic shapes and poses, proper technique, and safe progressions. The focus will be on building confidence in the fabric, improving body awareness, and refining your form. If you’re newer to silks, you’ll gain a solid base of skills, while more seasoned students will be offered advanced variations and challenges to expand their practice. Our goal is to explore as much as we can in a supportive and empowering environment!

About Taylynn: Taylynn Nicole is a multi-talented circus artist and instructor specializing in aerial arts, dance, and acrobatics. With six years of experience in Aerial arts and three years of teaching, she brings both technical expertise and artistry to her craft. A former competitive gymnast and lifelong dancer. Taylynn also excels in contortion and acrobatics. She has trained at the renowned Las Vegas Circus Center and performs locally with Redding Fire Festival and Elemental Faery.
What to wear: Tight-fitting clothing with leggings or tights is strongly recommended for comfort and grip in the fabric. Please avoid loose clothing or items with zippers.
