Join us for two extraordinary days featuring celebrated names in Spain’s mixology scene: Río Grande (Seville), represented by the talented Alberto San Miguel, and Eme Otero, a former winner of the Bacardi Legacy in Spain. They will transport you to the South of Spain through innovative flavors and blends.
Experience our exclusive pop-up cocktail menu with a Mediterranean twist and participate in a hands-on workshop to discover the magic behind cutting-edge mixology led by these cocktail masters.
On the first day, join our guest bartenders for an evening of stellar cocktails paired with exquisite Japanese cuisine prepared by our
Executive Chef Óscar Salazar, all set to the rhythms of our resident DJs. On the final day, engage in an exciting interactive workshop to explore the creative processes behind menu creation and delight in four unique creations. As the sun sets, prepare to be enchanted by an unforgettable starlit evening dedicated to the art of mixology.
