Bart Aarts is a prominent name in the Dutch Jiu Jitsu scene. With 20 years of teaching experience and black belts in Gracie Jiu Jitsu, Japanese Jiu Jitsu, Judo and Filipino Martial Arts. Through his lessons, seminars and YouTube videos, he is committed to improving your controls and defenses. Which makes your Jiu Jitsu safer, more efficient and more understandable.
