Barry's + Aid Pioneers Charity Class

Join me at Barry’s to sweat for a fantastic cause.

Saturday, August 10, 2024 @ 11:50AM at Barry’s Aventura.

Admission: $30 per person for the 50 minute class.

All proceeds from class will be donated to Aid Pioneers. I am raising money
for medical supplies to Ukraine in order to run the Berlin Marathon in September.

Barry’s is the original high-intensity workout. It burns up to 1,000 calories in one class, tones muscle, maximizes fat loss, and increase your metabolism, so you actually burn calories even after class is over. You will spend half of the 50 minutes running on our treadmills and the other half doing strength training using free weights and resistance bands. We promise you will be sore..and have a ton of fun!
