Barrio Bread - Sourdough Bread Class

Come learn how to bake a perfect sourdough loaf with Don Guerra of Barrio Bread!

Learn the science behind the dough, how to keep your starter alive and happy, and the secrets of artisanal bread making. Each participant will receive a sourdough starter and will make a loaf of bread to take home and bake.

The class will take place on the back patio of the Tucson Village Farm 4-H Healthy Living Center located at 2201 E. Roger Rd.

Tucson Village Farm will provide light refreshments and of course you'll get to sample some Barrio Bread.

Please note: This event is an outdoor class. If we must postpone due to unforeseen circumstances, such as the weather, the class will be held on Sunday, November 24th, from 9am-1pm. You will be notified via the email you used to sign up on Eventbrite.

We will refund tickets up to 7 days prior to the event. After that, your ticket becomes non-refundable.
