Where:
Your feet were made for dancing! So come dance and experience Chi-town as it’s meant to be seen for its creativity and culture.
Location: meet up at Buckingham Fountain Enter at Ida B. Wells Drive and Columbus. THE FOUNTAIN is one of the most iconic & breathtaking. And it’s right here in our beautiful city !💜 It’s an open and airy setting with a 🔥city backdrop…. and a fountain light show you won’t forget.
** Fountain lighting takes place every hour on the hour for 20 minutes. So don’t miss out on this light show with energy to match your moves 💃🎶🕺🏽. And when the sunsets and the moon comes out to play the fountain illumination is mesmerizing!! 🤩 Have your cameras ready.
What to bring:
Your energy, smiles- and bachata manners!
It’s a park- so come chill & enjoy. The scene is great for dancing and plenty of places to eat nearby.
Note: yes, it’s STILL Summer so weather is expected to be 🔥- dress comfy and bring your hydration 💦
Parking: plenty of meter parking on Columbus, Michigan Ave, Wabash or State St. with just a short walk to the Fountain . There is also a Divy bike station at the park. You can also check for weekend discount parking garages - use Spot Hero 🚗
