Oysters with apple cider mignonette, pickled cranberries, horseradish crème, and lemon
Carved Porchetta with apple mostarda and cider jus
Seared Scallops & Autumnal Chowder with squash, bacon, and smoked haddock
Smoked Salmon with juniper crème fraîche on brown bread with pickled onion and dill
