Join us at Trevor’s Paradise Valley for Barrels & Ash, an elevated evening celebrating bold barrel-aged beer, premium cigars, and exceptional food.
Your ticket includes a guided flight of four limited-release Firestone Walker beers, each served as a 5oz. pour:
- Parabolita Mocha Latte — A creamy barrel-aged milk stout layered with sweetened coffee, vanilla, and cocoa nibs.
- Collective Choice 2026 — A bourbon barrel-aged stout featuring maple, toasted pecan, and sea salt for exceptional depth and texture.
- Have A Cigar — A full-bodied bourbon barrel-aged stout with chocolate, cinnamon, clove, mocha-like sweetness, and a bold, boozy finish.
- Sleep Mode — A barleywine matured for 36 months in Weller wheated whiskey and Heaven Hill bourbon barrels, with notes of chocolate-covered caramel, cherry, and dried fruit.
Guests will also receive two premium Perdomo cigars to enjoy during the event or take home, plus access to a generous grazing table featuring charcuterie, bruschetta, and Trevor’s pizza.
Firestone Walker Arizona State Manager Jason Thalman will be on-site to guide guests through the featured beers and share more about the brewery and its barrel-aging program. Trumer Pilsner will also be available on draft, with commemorative Trumer pint glasses available during the event.
