With a bourbon honey glaze served over creamy stone-ground grits with a touch of smoked paprika oil and a charred lemon

2nd Course – Salad

Dish:

Grilled Peach & Arugula Salad

Grilled peach and arugula salad with goat cheese, candied pecans and a white balsamic reduction

Pairing: Barrell Seagrass

3rd Course – Entrée

Dish:

Herb-Crusted Lamb Chops

With a red wine demi-glaze served with rosemary garlic potatoes and roasted heirloom carrots

Pairing: Barrell Vantage

4th Course – Dessert

Dish:

Salted Caramel Bread Pudding

Topped with a whiskey caramel sauce and whipped cream

Pairing : Barrell Dovetail

The cost per guest will be $165 and includes all 4 courses and a single pour of each whiskey. Additional pours can be purchased during the dinner at an extra cost as well
