Get ready for spring and come and move with us! All levels welcome just bring your own mat.
Ticket includes: 45 minutes of yogalates and a drink ticket to enjoy a cocktail after or during the class.
This class is a combination of Yoga & Pilates exercises that are made to Stretch and Strengthen our bodies with flowing movements to uplifting music. The goal of this class is to Relax and have Fun! All levels are Welcome!
