Join us for a pop up barre3 class at Ivanhoe Park Brewing Company on Saturday, February 21st. Your Signature barre3 class will deliver a full body workout combining strength, cardio, and mindfulness to leave you feeling balanced in body and empowered from within.

Each ticket includes class and one complimentary Ivanhoe Park beverage, along with entry into prize raffle and more. Participants are invited to bring a yoga mat to use for class and to arrive 10-15 minutes early to check in and get set up before class begins at 10:15am.
