Experience a 45-minute Signature barre3 class outdoors surrounded by the vines at Echo Spirits. Barre3 is an efficient and effective workout that combines strength, cardio, and mindfulness to leave you feeling balanced in your body and empowered from within.
After class, stay to mingle, relax, and enjoy the incredible selection of wines and handcrafted cocktails.
