barre3 in the Outfield

Join barre3 Nashville for a fun, free barre3 class at The Outfield in Wedgewood Houston!

We are back for our 4th consecutive year for barre3 in The Outfield! Join us for a free 45-minute barre3 Signature class outside in the sunshine. All you need to bring is a yoga mat/towel, optional handheld weights, your water bottle, and maybe even a friend. ;)

As always, we will have local partners joining in for the morning of community and movement including: Pure Sweat, Kate Ferrell Art, Face Foundrié, Twin Rabbits Coffee Co., Lightbox Ice Cream, LMNT, and more!

Here's the morning schedule:

• 9:30AM: Arrival
• 10:00AM: Class begins
• 10:45AM: Class ends, raffle winners announced
• 11:00AM: Mingle with your friends + our community partners in your post-workout endorphin glow
