Barre w/SWTHZ + Pure Barre

Come experience Pure Barre like never before! Join us for an outside class at Pike + Rose's Bark Social. Pure Barre is a full-body workout that transforms you physically and mentally. For 50 minutes, you will be guided through a series of low-impact, small movements designed to improve your flexibility while strengthening and toning your entire body. Following class, check out a preview of what SWTHZ has to offer and enjoy a rejuvenating cold plunge! No prior plunge experience needed. If you plan to plunge, please remember to bring a towel and change of clothes.

Opening in Pike + Rose later this Winter, SWTHZ is a contrast therapy studio specializing in deliberate exposure to heat and cold – which is scientifically proven to enhance physical and mental health. Clients enjoy up to 60 minutes in a private contrast therapy suite with infrared sauna, cold plunge, and a vitamin-C shower. Suites offer full entertainment so you can unplug, meditate, listen to music, or watch tv.

With two convenient locations in Rockville, Pure Barre has been a part of the community for over 10 years! Pure Barre is more than just a barre workout; it's a lifestyle. All humans are welcome, whether you have a dog or are just a dog enthusiast. Guests without dogs may enter for free. Humans under 21 may visit any time before 8PM, and must be accompanied by an adult over 21.
