3-DAY BARRE TEACHER TRAININGBarre Teacher Training offers a comprehensive educational foundation to begin your journey teaching Barre. The training is inclusive of in-depth exploration of positions and poses, class structure & flow, effective cueing, harnessing your creativity, safety and strength in alignment, hands-on adjustments, and practice teaching. We will cover a broad spectrum of Barre Sculpt, Barre Fusion, Floor Barre, and standard Barre.
TRAINING SCHEDULE:
Thursday, November 14th - 5:30-8:30p
Friday, November 15th - 5:30-8:30p
Saturday, November 16th - At-Home Practice Day
Sunday, November 17th - 10:30a-4:30p
