Join me for an energising Barre class that mixes ballet-inspired movement, Pilates and strength training to sculpt, tone and lengthen your body.

In this 50-minute class you can expect:

• Dynamic leg and glute work at the barre
• Arms and upper body toning with light weights
• Core activation for a strong, supported centre
• Elegant, dance-like combinations for posture and grace
• Deep stretching to finish, leaving you light and relaxed

No dance experience needed.
Come in comfortable workout clothes; grip socks are recommended.
