If you have always wanted to become a barre instructor, now is your chance! Join studio manager and barre fanatic, Makenzie Stacy, for our BDY Barre Teacher Training.

Participants will learn to choreograph a well-balanced and effective BDY Barre® workout, including how to cue and modify exercises for all populations. You will learn alignment-focused techniques, how to teach to the beat of the music, and how to create your own sequences to meet the needs of your students.

The course will be from 12 p.m.- 5 p.m. on September 13. We will have a break for a snack, and a manual will be provided.
