Barre at the Bar! is a barre class in a bar.
We will have all the usual aspects of a barre class in the studio: ballet movements and postures, small movements with big results, and an awesome low impact/ variable intensity group fitness class; we will just be at a local bar!
This event includes a 45min barre class and 1 beverage from our partnering bar.
