BARRE & BUBBLY

BARRE & BUBBLY is the first installation in our new POUR event series, where we aim to cultivate meaningful connection through self-care and elevated wellness experiences.

This event will consist of a 45 minute barre class led by an experienced barre3 instructor, meet & greet with light bites and bubbly drinks, and a brief introduction to POUR and The Wellness Well. Each guest will leave with merch a premium swag bag full of wellness goodies! Get ready to sweat and let loose!

Location: barre3 Brookhaven

Attire: Comfy, Athletic/Athleisure. Neutral/earth tones preferred, photos will be taken.

Restrictions: No shoes allowed in the studio. Bare feet ot grippy socks allowed.

Registration cost is left up to you! The Wellness Well understands that times are hard and life be lifing, and that shouldnt stop anyone from pouring into themselves and experiencing all of the benefits The Wellness Well has to offer. POUR is designed to serve through care and community building, not to drain through drive for profit. Give whatever you can and take whatever you need, guilt-free!
