Barre and Bouquet (and Mimosas!)

Female small businesses unite for an evening of self care, community, intention, and beauty. Tonya Alonzo of Barre3 Colorado Springs, and Kristyn Cline of Sweetwater Flower Market would like to invite you to make yourself a priority by taking the morning to recenter, strengthen your body, and your spirit with a Barre workout, mimosas, and a gorgeous bouquet from Sweetwater Flower market.

The Event includes:

• A 45 minute guided group workout in Barre3's intimate studio
• A stunning hand tie flower bouquet to take home
• Some mental space to unwind from the week

What To Expect: No experience required—our workout is designed for every fitness level, from beginner to expert. Our instructors offer modifications throughout class, allowing you to work in a way that’s both challenging and feels amazing in your body.

What To Wear: Wear comfortable clothes you can move freely in. Most clients go barefoot, but some prefer wearing grip socks.

What To Bring:Bring a water bottle to keep you hydrated. We’ll provide mats and any necessary props.

When to Arrive: We encourage new clients to arrive 15 minutes early to allow time to meet your instructor, get a tour of the space, and ask any questions you may have.

No cancellations or refunds will be accepted but if you are unable to make it, I will allow your spot to be transferred to someone else with 48 hrs notice. Thank you for your understanding.

Tonya Alonzo: Studio Owner

Tonya Alonzo first came to barre3 in 2019 when it opened near her. She knew that the practice and the supportive community was for her and what she took away mentally. She said, “I didn't know I needed it until I did it.” Tonya is taking the leap from corporate America to own her studio. She has been a senior leader in the financial industry for 15 years and has an MBA with a concentration in HR. She has over 24 years of leadership and business experience. Tonya is active in the community and serves on a Non-Profit board. Tonya is most excited about being able to use her passion for barre3 and the balance she has found over the years to bring it to others and the studio. Tonya loves spending time with her husband Israel and their two daughters Emily and Gabriela in high school and middle school. She has a son Erick who is in the Navy and oldest daughter Tori is a senior in college.

Our made to order arrangements burst with reflections of each season. We offer the best cut flowers and an artistic approach that showcases the beauty of each flower. Our brick and mortar mercantile offers a creative environment, unique products and a destination shopping experience. We are introducing flower trucks to allow the beauty of flowers to be brought to you, to events, festivals, parks, homes, birthday parties, or just at your local markets.
