Bar|Non, Long Beach’s premier zero-proof bar, invites you to sip, sample, and celebrate the world of non-alcoholic craft beverages. Featuring a dynamic mocktail competition, free tastings from top non-alcoholic brands, and a full-service zero-proof bar, this event is the perfect mix of fun, flavor, and creativity—all without the buzz!

Event Highlights:

• Mocktail Competition (3:30 PM - 4:15 PM): The Carvery-Watch talented mixologists go head-to-head, crafting tiki-inspired mocktails using rum-style non-alcoholic spirits. The winning creation will earn a spot on a zero-proof menu at Secret Island or another Shannon’s property!
• Non-Alcoholic Tastings (2:00 PM - 5:00 PM): Mezzanine Deck-Sip and sample some of the best non-alcoholic spirits, bitters, and mixers from 3-4 featured brands.
• Zero-Proof Bar (5:00 PM - 9:00 PM): Mezzanine Deck- Cap off the evening with delicious zero-proof cocktails crafted by the team at Bar|Non, offering refreshing alternatives that are anything but ordinary.
