Barnes & Noble Book Festival at B&N Union Square! - Day 1

Please join on Saturday, March 2nd for the first day of the B&N Book Festival! It will be a day filled with great discussion, signings, fun activities, giveaways galore -- and best of all: the opportunity to meet your favorite author or discover a new one!

Kick off the day at our B&N Book Con with quizzes, games, and mingle with major publishers who will distribute exclusive merchandise, highly coveted advance reading copies, and other fun and memorable items. Meet authors and who will be signing advance copies of their upcoming books!

Then stick around and meet authors , , , , and as we host them for Spotlight book signings throughout the store.

Finally, immerse yourself in great discussion with bestselling authors at our "Love Knows No Bounds" panel featuring , , , , and moderated by .

To make this event safe and enjoyable for all attendees, please read the below guidelines ahead of buying a ticket, so you know what to expect on the day. To avoid disappointment, we must stress that there will be no access to the event for non-ticketholders.

• Barnes & Noble reserves the right to make new rules and orders in its sole discretion with regard to COVID-19 at any time and any person not abiding by the Barnes & Noble directives will be refused entrance or directed to leave the premises.

B&N BOOK CON ADMISSION - $15.00 (Admission to the B&N Book Con event space) : **LIMITED QUANTITY AVAILABLE**:

A ticket PER PERSON includes:

• A $5 Barnes & Noble Gift Card.
• Admission to the event space for the B&N Book Con during your time slot.

PLEASE NOTE:

• There are two time slots - 10AM-11AM and 11AM-12PM. You will not be able to stay in the space past your time slot or enter the space before your time slot.
• Merchandise at the event is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
• 10AM ticket holders will be admitted into the event beginning at 10 AM the day of the event.
• 11AM ticket holders will be admitted into the event beginning at 11AM the day of the event.

SPOTLIGHT SIGNING LINE REGISTRATION - Book Purchase Required (Reserved spot for selected signing line, book purchase day-of required for admission): **LIMITED QUANTITY AVAILABLE**:

A ticket PER PERSON includes:

• A reserved spot for your selected signing line (*see agenda above for full description).

PLEASE NOTE:

• You must purchase one copy of the author's book from Barnes & Noble Union Square day-of in order to gain access to their signing line. Proof of purchase will be required.
• Books for signing will be limited to three per author: one personalized; two signature only.
• Photos across the signing table will be taken by a Barnes & Noble bookseller on the guest's cell phone or camera.
• Merchandise at the event is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Please see idividual ticketing for when you will be admitted into the signing line, when admission will close, and any additional guidelines.

PANEL ADMISSION - 6 PM - $20.00 (Admission to the panel event space): **LIMITED QUANTITY AVAILABLE**:

A ticket PER PERSON includes:

• A $10 Barnes & Noble Gift Card.
• Admission to the event space & signing lines for the "Love Knows No Bounds" panel featuring: Holly Black, Meghan Quinn, Dustin Thao, Tia Williams, and moderated by David Levithan (*see agenda above for full description).

PLEASE NOTE:

• Books for signing will be limited to two per author: one personalized; one signature only.
• Photos across the signing table will be taken by a Barnes & Noble bookseller on the guest's cell phone or camera.
• Merchandise at the event is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Ticket holders will be admitted into the event beginning at 5:30 PM the day of the event.

Please note that Eventbrite is the only authorized dealer for this event. Each person must have a ticket to enter.

Please have a copy of your ticket(s) available (either printed out or on your phone) for check in.

Due to health and safety and space limitations, those without a ticket will not be permitted into the event space.

In order to attend this event, ticket holders should:

• Have not had any contact in the last 14 days with a confirmed COVID-19 patient.
• Not be subject to a quarantine order.
• Not traveled in the past 14 days to any state or country that New York has designated as an area requiring isolation upon returning to the state.
• At the time of the event, have not experienced in the last 72 hours any body temperature above 100 degrees Fahrenheit or any new symptoms associated with COVID-19. People with COVID-19 have had a wide range of symptoms reported – ranging from mild symptoms to severe illness. Symptoms may appear 2-14 days after exposure to the virus. People with these symptoms may have COVID-19: fever or chills; cough; shortness of breath or difficulty breathing; fatigue; muscle or body aches; headache; new loss of taste or smell; sore throat; congestion or runny nose; nausea or vomiting; and/or diarrhea.

Attendees can receive refunds up to 24 hours before your event start time.

If you are unable to attend the event, Barnes & Noble - Union Square will hold your gift card(s) for seven days after the event. Please contact the store to arrange your pickup.

Should this event be canceled due to changing COVID-19 concerns, all customers will be refunded their ticket price to the original method of payment per Eventbrite's refund policy.
