Barn quilts have been adorning homesteads across the US and beyond for many years as a way to pay tribute to their family heritage.
In 2010 in Rock County, a few residents got together and started designing and painting their own barn quilts. Patty Van Stone is a photographer by hobby and fell in love with barn quilts shortly after moving to Clinton, WI in 2012. For this presentation, barn quilts in Walworth County will be featured.
Come along and enjoy a local photo tour and learn the history behind each barn quilt and the family they honor with pride.
