Bark at the Park

UTC-07:00Location
Bark at the Park, Inc. | Lancaster, CA
Ronyda and I will be there, of course, and for those of you who can't be there all day, we have two shifts, 7:00 a.m. - Noon, and Noon to 6:00 p.m. Setting up and tearing down is very important.
* Running the game (quarter toss) is important. There will be a 4-quarter toss with less-expensive prizes, and a $5 worth of quarters toss for more expensive items in which to choose. IF ANYONE WOULD LIKE TO DONATE PRIZE ITEMS FOR THE GAME, LET US KNOW.
* Security is also important, so we have to have people that are there, awake, and let us know when they leave to go to other booths. A lot of things were stolen last year.
* Ronyda will be focusing on showing the dogs and puppies, but helping with sales when there is time.
* I'll be focusing on running the sale, raffle, donation tables, the games when I can. We are going to price a lot of items inexpensive to raise needed funds and lessen our inventory. There will be a great RAFFLE!
With enough volunteers, short breaks can be taken to see other booths. We can't afford to have people take off without notice and be gone for hours at a time. I never get to see anything at the event, but when I can, I'll take 15 minutes at a time to see different sections.
Please RSVP now and. if there is a change in your plans, you can always let me know later to give us time to fill that slot. I just need to know what the interest is in helping.
There will be snacks and water for volunteers.
Afterwards we have to do home checks.
Dogs & puppies will be $150-250 fully vetted. There will be pictures and their stories posted soon. There are younger puppies that won't be there, but we will have a bulletin board. If someone would like to design a nice poster, I have a large cork board that sits on an easel for display. It will be circulated in a poster on-line as well. I should have pictures today (Saturday).
To RSVP
Text 661-236-6553 or Facebook message Share Bond (not Shari Bond or Share L. Bond). You can also post in the comments of the invitation, which is actually best. (Please do not put interested if you live out of the area. To me, interested means you are interested in volunteering.)
