Barefoot Circus: A One-Day Elemental Gathering in Nature

Barefoot Circus is an elemental wellness gathering rooted in nervous system regulation, nature connection, and presence.

This is not a festival or retreat in the traditional sense. It’s a carefully held, grounded experience designed to help you slow down, soften out of survival mode, and reconnect with your body and the land.

• One full guided day (approx. 12pm–8pm)
• Grounding & barefoot time in nature
• Somatic and elemental movement
• Breath, sound, and rest practices
• Fire tending & closing circle

Overnight stays are optional and self-guided. There is no facilitated programming overnight.

Guests may choose to:

• Depart at the end of the day
• Stay overnight in their own tent
• Upgrade to glamping or cabin lodging (limited availability)
