In this all femme, “drink in one hand, script in the other” reading of 1 Henry 4, the party never stops when honor is on the line.
In Shakespeare's Henry IV, Part 1, a divided England faces rebellion as Prince Hal grapples with his wild reputation, while his father, King Henry, battles political unrest and a growing threat from the rebellious Hotspur. The play culminates in a clash at Shrewsbury, where Hal must choose between his dissolute life and his royal duties.
Directed by Alexandra Avila, featuring Emily Breitbach, Autumn Rose Billie, Nelia Cook, Cee Fields-Haley, Jane Henzerling, Caiti Lord, Isabel Madley, Ali Marin, Tracey Mitchell, Ariana Roybal, Lauren Senechal, Arwyn Vernold, and Kathy Wimmer.
