What are Barbershop Talks?

Barbershop Talks is a culturally grounded mental health vibe created specifically for Black men, 21+. Each session is led by a licensed professional counselor who understands the challenges Black men face the pressure always to be strong, the expectations to provide, the trauma we never unpack, and the silence we're taught to maintain. This is where we can be free to talk without judgement!

Info: Black men often carry a full household on their backs and still feel like they have no one to talk to. This convo is about taking off the emotional armor and realizing silence doesn’t make you strong — healing does.
