Bar Takeover - Heron Hill, Iron Will, & Commonwealth CrushHeron Hill (Finger Lakes, NY): Established in 1977 by John and Josephine Ingle, are pioneers in the Finger Lakes wine region, renowned for its commitment to sustainable farming. Their winemaker, Jordan Harris, spent years working in Loudoun County, and has always had close ties to Walsh Family Wine. We are thrilled to invite him back in 2025!
Iron WIll (Waterford, VA): Join Jan and Fernando who are dedicated to curating and tending with meticulous care. They spare no effort in ensuring the fruit harvested is the very best possible. They have been producing wines from their site in Waterford for nearly ten years.
Commonwealth Crush (Shenandoah Valley, VA): Founded in 2022 Commonwealth Crush is passionate about the winegrowing potential of their region, and believe sustained momentum requires a thoughtful and honest approach to winemaking. They aim to use each vintage to convey the time and place their grapes are grown. They see eye-to-eye with the team at Walsh Family Wine, and we consider their winemaking to be some of the most interesting and thoughtful in the state.
