Bar Takeover - Delve Wines, Bluestone, & Domaine Finot
Delve Wines (Lovingston, VA): Julie Linker is a small batch wine producer who currently is creating single varietal and estate wine blends. We are excited to invite her for her first Bar Takeover.
Daring Wine Company (Stuart, VA): The shared project of Megan Hereford and Jocelyn Kuzelka, Daring produces exciting ciders and wines (and blends of both). They're a mainstay at our Bar Takeovers and always bring fun and interesting products.
Domaine Finot (Charlottesville, VA): Matthieu Finot has the goal of crafting wines that reflect their terroir and the beauty of classically simple winemaking techniques. No destemmer are used, no addition of SO2, the fermentation is limited to the use of natural yeast, and only the most limited intervention is applied between grape and bottle.
