JOIN US FOR A MORNING OF YOGA, DANCE, WELLNESS, GAMES, GIVEAWAYS, FOOD & MORE WITH FRIENDS AND FAMILY.Baptist Health’s 3rd Annual FIT FEST in Doral is an exciting family-friendly day filled with fun activities and workouts for all ages and levels, featuring music by DJ MDOT, special guest performances, delicious healthy bites, food trucks & more!

Schedule of events:
-7:30 am: CHECK-IN for Family Fun Run/Walk with City of Doral Mayor Christi Fraga
-7:50 am: PRE-RUN STRETCH with United Martial Arts
-8:00 am: FAMILY FUN RUN/WALK with City of Doral Mayor Christi Fraga starts
-9:00 am: ¡MUEVELO! (Move It!) YOGA & MOVEMENT with Andrea Lopez
-10:00 am: ZUMBA with Loretta Bates
-11:00 am: CIRCUIT TRAINING with Elyse Valdes
-12:00 pm: REBOLAXÉ Dance Workout
What to bring:
-Yoga mat or towel for the Yoga & Movement and Circuit Training activities.
-Good vibes and your best energy!
Parking locations:
Parking at Doral Meadow Park will be limited. We encourage carpooling, taking the Doral Trolley service, kicking off your morning of wellness with a walk to the park or a bike ride with friends, family & neighbors.
*The Doral Trolley will add a stop at Doral Meadow Park on the date of the event*
